Taekwondo is the technique of unarmed self-defence, involving the skilled application of techniques that include punches, strikes, kicks, blocks with bare hands, arms and feet to swiftly overpower an opponent.
Taekwondo is a traditional Korean Martial Art, and also a new Olympic sport. It develops not only self defence skills but also develops balance, flexibility, coordination and fitness on an individual level.
