Recreational gymnastic is a sport for everybody, regardless of age, gender or ability. It is the perfect activity to prepare children for long-term participation in sport and develops vital life skills.
KINDER GYM
Classes 2 – 5 years.
KinderGym will help develop balance, coordination, strength and flexibility and is conducted within a safe environment. Classes also available for child with carer.
DANCE
Ballet, Tap, Modern/Contemporary, Jazz, Tiny Tots Ages 3 and up
Dancing is a fun and exciting way for you to improve your fitness, coordination, flexibility and strength.

TAE-KWON-DO
Junior and Senior Classes
Taekwondo is the technique of unarmed self-defence, involving the skilled application of techniques that include punches, strikes, kicks, blocks with bare hands, arms and feet to swiftly overpower an opponent.
